Terms of Service

CANCELLATION: Your scheduled appointment is time allocated especially for you. In order to provide the best scheduling options for all Soleil Luna guests, we respectfully request that you provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations with less that 24 hours notice will incur a service charge up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. This charge will be used as a credit at your next appointment.

Services requiring 4+ hours in length must be cancelled or rescheduled with no less than  48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service charge to be credited to your next visit. Future appointments will require a 50% deposit .

TARDINESS: We understand life gets hectic. If you believe you will not arrive promptly, please call (215)362-2701 to inform us. 

 We reserve the right to reschedule any arrival more than 15 minutes past the reserved appointment time.

RETURN/EXCHANGE: We will accept unopened hair care products for a 100% refund, applied to the original form of payment, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will issue a salon credit.

BRUSHES/ACCESSORIES/TOOLS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on brushes or accessories. Unopened styling tools can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened or beyond 30 days, please utilize the manufacturer's warranty.
